In order to provide a common experience to all users in the WVU Medicine system, Information Technology (IT) has moved to a new Citrix experience for home and mobile device use. The new site, http://apps.wvumedicine.org, is a newer version of the Citrix platform, bundling a new look and feel that will allow better ease of use and improved performance.

Starting Sept. 22, instead of going to healthapps.wvuhealthcare.com, employees should use http://apps.wvumedicine.org. Login on this page with the same credentials as before, selecting the domain associated with your account.
Once signed in, the new look of Citrix will allow employees to select favorites and launch apps quickly from the browser or by installing Citrix Receiver 4.4 for a fuller experience. The WVU Medicine IT Help Desk can assist in use of the new site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
